Lionakis Student Intern Summer 2024 - Interiors in Sacramento, California

Are you an Interior Design student who flourishes when part of a cohesive team where collaboration and ideas flow freely? Do you thrive in an imaginative and inventive environment? If you want to work for a firm that is taking concrete action toward equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace, Lionakis is currently seeking interiors students to participate in our 2024 EP (Emerging Professionals) Summer Internship Program. This student intern will be assigned to our Sacramento office. Applicants must be current students working towards a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture to be considered. 

 

As the Student Intern, you will…

  • Maintain studio organization of binders, flat files, library, and as-builts as directed.

  • Support coordination of records management for retrievable project documents.

  • Transfer redlines and comments on submittals as directed.

  • May be responsible for basic drafting and renderings, crafting models, and making color boards.

  • Experience multidisciplinary educational sessions and opportunities through the emerging professionals program.

    Student Intern Qualifications – The Must-Haves (Required)

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

    Student Intern Qualifications – The Like-to-Haves (Not Required)

  • Basic knowledge of MS office programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Basic experience with Revit and SketchUp
