Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Sacramento, CA is $128,627 - 159,600 per year and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Responsible for: Coordinating manufacturing activities between all manufacturing departments and support functions, to meet project quality, delivery and cost targets.; Coordinating between operations and the project team(s); Overseeing engineer-to-order and capital equipment manufacturing projects from order to shipment; Overseeing the project budget by monitoring expenditures to ensure costs stay within the allotted amount; Overseeing the project schedule to ensure that milestones are met; Working with material management team and warehouse to analyze impact on the projects due to material availability; Creating reports about project status and progress for upper management, including updates on issues that have been identified; Reviewing project plans to determine feasibility, scope of work required, and potential risks involved; Developing an overall project plan including identifying milestones and deadlines; Analyzing the new projects designs and providing bids for different operations; Working with design engineering to understand new project designs and provide feedback to ease manufacturing; Analyzing the bottlenecks in the manufacturing line and working with different teams to resolve the bottlenecks; Work with Industrial engineering team to implement process improvement ideas and discovering new ways to improve the efficiency of manufacturing processes.

Requirements : The employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Alternatively, the Employer will accept a Master’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. The position requires experience in: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; Lean manufacturing; Project management; Working with ERP processes; Root cause and bottleneck analysis; Quality management of a process to ensure that the product meets customer specifications; and capacity planning. 5% international travel is required.
