Location: Rzeszow, Poland

Position Summary:

Under direct supervision, performs a variety of clerical duties of a routine and recurring nature including skilled typing, filing, data entry, and preparation of standard forms.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enters document data (e.g. order entry) into computer and types various forms and documents and reviews customer purchase orders to assess order requirements.

  • Collaborates with functions to monitor active purchase orders and ensures orders meet requirements and OTD and reviews customer order books and follow-up on actions required.

  • Proofreads paperwork with computer for part number and for accuracy.

  • Adheres to record keeping processes, operates all office machines and takes incoming calls and handles them in a professional manner.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

  • 0-2 years of related work experience (2-4 years preferred)

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

  • Clerical practices, office procedures, automated equipment, computers, and math.

  • Customer Service Experience

  • Microsoft Office (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word)

  • Ability to enter large volume of orders in the system

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with an International Trade team

Typical Education:

  • Education: Associate degree – Business Management or related field of study.
