Healthy Design Per Diem Medical Educator: RN, NP, PA, PT or MD in Rutland, Vermont

Healthy Design is now looking for an RN, NP, PA, PT or MD educator to take part in the training and education of bedside medical staff on our new safe patient mobility restraint alternative for intubated or confused patients to reduce agitation, over-sedation, delirium and PICS, and increase mobility, humanity, and outcomes. This involves adoption and feedback activities, and onsite and remote direct training. Medical Educators choose their dates/sites.

Education: RN, NP, PA, PT or MD

Skills: Nursing familiarity, critical care familiarity, good verbal/written/people skills, Microsoft Office Suite

Experience: Patient care, hospital environment, nurse training, management, or collaboration

Travel Requirements: 100%

Reports to: President

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Hours: Per diem

Location: Headquarters in Rutland, Vermont; Remote; Onsite hospitals

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for Healthy Designs products
  • Provide onsite and remote training and support to nursing staff and other product users
  • Support post-market surveillance activities
  • Attend and represent Healthy Design at conferences, trade shows, and seminars
  • Support and conduct webinars on best practices to improve outcomes with Healthy Design products
  • Plan and schedule training visits and videoconferences

Authorities:

  • Subject Matter Expert on Healthy Designs products and their intended uses
  • Contributor to Healthy Designs proprietary training platforms
