Community Care Network is looking for a Per-Diem Emergency Services Clinician to join our team!

Community Care Network is comprised of Rutland Mental Health Services and Rutland Community Programs. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of our communities, individuals and families through responsive, innovative and collaborative human service

About the Role:

This is a per diem position. This position is responsible for providing mental health crisis assessment, intervention and brief treatment services to a diverse population of clients in crisis. In addition, the Emergency Services Clinician will provide appropriate recommendations for care and linkage services for clients requiring on-going treatment. The Emergency Services Clinician functions as part of a multidisciplinary team at Rutland Regional Medical Center.

Qualifications:

Master\'s Degree in psychology, human services, social work or related field is required.

1 to 2 years of experience providing community services for people with at least 2 of the following: mental illness, substance abuse, and/or serious emotional disorders.

Licensed by the State of Vermont or be actively pursuing licensure preferred.

QMHP certification preferred.

Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.

Successful completion of a criminal history background check after hire.
