Pilgrim's Pride located in Russellville is hiring for the following Poultry Production Worker positions:

  • Debone (White and Dark meat)
  • Pack out/Marination/DSI/Xray
  • Shipping
  • EVIS

Schedule and Pay:

  • 1st Shift Debone: 7:55 a.m.-5:30 p.m Minimum starting at $13.40/hr + $3.00/hr additional for workers who prove to be show-up dependable.
  • 3rdShift Debone10:45 p.m.- 8:00 a.m.$13.40/hr + $3.00/hr additional for workers who prove to be show-up dependable, + $1.00/hr night shift incentive.

Show-Up dependable = Perfect attendance for the week = the $3 per hour bonus!

  • Shipping (works 6 days a week)
    • 2nd shift: 2:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. $13.40/hr + $3.00/hr for perfect attendance
    • 3rd shift: 10:00 p.m. 6:00 a.m. $13.40/hr + $3.00/hr for perfect attendance+$1.00/hr night shift incentive.
  • EVIS 8:00 p.m. 5:15 a.m. $13.40/hr + $3.00/hr for perfect attendance + $1.00/hr night shift incentive.

Transportation/Pick-ups to and from work location is provided. Temporary assistance for homeless/displaced workers is offered. Benefits:
