Envision Cooperative Energy Administrator in Rugby, North Dakota
POSITION OVERVIEW
Envision Cooperative is looking for an Energy Administrator to be based at the Rugby Office. The Energy Administrators responsibilities involve marketing, accounting, reporting, pricing, inventory, environmental compliance, and other duties as assigned by the Energy Division Manager. The Energy Administrator will maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the cooperative and a favorable image of the cooperative. The Energy Administrator must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct daily reconciliation of assigned sales batches. Close batches each day.
Enter invoices received from vendors, enter receivers for product received but not billed at month end.
Enter estimated credits for product returned to a vendor.
Maintain energy customer tank files.
Dispatch drivers to daily routes.
Answer phones, take payments, and assist customers with discrepancies or any questions regarding deliveries.
Maintain and oversee fuel assistant customers.
Maintain tank purchases, rentals, leases, and bill customers accordingly.
Assist with maintaining customer budget accounts.
Assist with entering data for quantities of products issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments into company database.
Assist with maintaining inventories at levels to assure service with a minimum of delivery delays, yet maintain inventory turn goals.
Assist with preparing monthly inventory reports for management in a timely manner.
Track all in-shipments to verify accuracy against the delivery ticket, proper quantity, price as ordered, and quality.
Track all sales of energy products at Rugby locations.
Troubleshoot inventory quantity discrepancies.
Other Duties
Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Adhere to the companys credit policy.
Provide and promote the service necessary to meet the departments goals.
Provide additional support and complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent, with focus on business/computer curriculum.
1 year experience in accounting/office work.
Knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications.
Knowledge in accounting basics.
Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, the ability to multi-task.
The ability to work well individually and in a team setting.
ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in a business related field preferred, or Associates degree plus 2 years experience.
Experience with AgVantage Software is beneficial.
