Hlavní úkoly:

  • Dohlížení na dodržování technologické kázně a předepsané jakosti výroby na svěřeném pracovišti.

  • Provádění a organizace kvalifikace zařízení po poruše nebo preventivní prohlídce s pravomocí uvolnit je do výroby.

  • Spolupráce při provádění testů a kvalifikacích nových technologických procesů, zařízení.

  • Kontrola kritických parametrů a jejich monitorování v technologickém procesu výroby.

  • Spolupráce při posuzování zlepšovacích návrhů v oblasti technologie.

  • Navrhování a zajišťování nápravných opatření pro zlepšení bezpečnosti a ergonomie.

  • Navrhování a zajišťování nápravných opatření na snižování defektivity a prověřování jejich účinnosti.

  • Práce v nepřetržitém provozu v čistých prostorech.
