They enjoy people, are naturally friendly, have a positive attitude, and are able to handle detailed work. These attributes help the CSR build a relationship with our customers. As a member of the front-line customer service team, CSRs must be able to listen to customers needs and satisfy those needs with appropriate bank products or personnel. In addition, a CSR I have attained full proficiency of all teller duties and has the experience to train and assist less experienced Tellers.
