SENIOR BILINGUAL BOOKKEEPER

Are you a self-driven and organized accounting professional who thrives under tight deadlines with minimal supervision? Candidates who qualify for this permanent job opportunity, should apply today via Robert Half. Located in Round Rock, Texas, this Bookkeeper role will be a permanent opening. Administering reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable will be the Bookkeepers obligations. In addition, the Bookkeeper will perform data entry, perform cash applications, and full cycle A/P including some coding as well as light journal entries or general ledger reconciliation. Responsibilities

  • Put subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirements together

  • Administrate Accounts Payable

  • Keep a general ledger

  • Operate monthly accounting close

  • Classify sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

  • Other distinguished projects when necessary

  • Familiar with Accounts Receivable

  • Help with monthly accounting close

  • Credit Card management and reconciliation

  • Produce monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

  • Arrange cash flow projections, as needed

    Requirements

  • Spanish Language experience required

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP

  • Background working with Inflation

  • General familiarity with journal entries

  • Adeptness in GAAP Accounting

  • Practical knowledge of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation

  • Spanish Translation experience highly desired

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping

  • Bookkeeping Functions experience

  • QuickBooks Enterprise experience

  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation experience highly preferred

  • Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

  • Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

  • High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

  • Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

    • Significant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

    • 5+ years of related experience- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
