Insight Global REMOTE Adobe Workfront Technical BA in Round Rock, Texas

Job Description

Dell's Marketing Technology Team is looking for experience Adobe Workfront Technical Business Analysts to help meet the increased demand in content-based use cases. This team is responsible for the customer facing side of Workfront, understanding stakeholder processes, executing front-end work and gathering requirements so that they can collaborate with IT on the functional back-end side of Workfront. They are looking for experienced, hands-on-keyboard folks who can work with stakeholders and do the front-end configurations based on business requirements. This person will not be doing system outages or user group maintenance.

The culture of this team will require someone to be highly adaptable and work with stakeholders. The right candidate will be a good listener, open minded and respectful of all voices.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years in Business Analysis or System Administration

  • 3+ years working with Adobe Workfront

  • Ability to do front end configurations, create new templates, design project structure, and understand hierarchy facets within Workfront - Adobe Workfront Fusion or automations
