Dell Broadcom Alliance Manager in Round Rock, Texas

What you’ll achieve
As the Broadcom Alliance Manager you'll be responsible for working with the ISG COC, PG, Marketing, and Sales to develop go-to-market programs that accelerate Dell and Broadcom revenues. You'll manage the Broadcom MDF budgets and focus on increasing utilization of the funding, aligning internal stakeholders and Broadcom on sales priorities, and managing the end-to-end MDF processes. You'll coordinate joint executive engagements, quarterly business reviews, and planning sessions between Dell and Broadcom.
You will:
Lead the development of strategic business and marketing programs to accelerate revenue/margin for Dell and Broadcom across servers and networking
Identify and develop alliances programs designed to produce sales opportunities and demand generation. Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining on-going company relationships with Broadcom
Build comprehensive go to market plans that jointly accelerate initiatives while effectively leading and influencing executive leadership within our business
Define mutual goals and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance, including comprehensive understanding and integration of Dell’s go to market plans with Broadcom
Build plans and ensures execution of programs in cooperation with our business
Manage funding for Dell and Broadcom ensuring compliance to guidelines and KPIs

Essential Requirements
Undergraduate degree and 7+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4+ years relevant experience
Requires more advanced field sales experience at the CXO level
Ability to travel to globally to Dell sales centers and events as needed
Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak in front of large audiences
Desirable Requirements
Recognized as a thought leader on Dell’s Enterprise technology, products, and services
Sponsors and institutionalizes new and innovative ways of working in teams to meet customer needs/sales objectives
Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization
