Senior BCM Consultant

About the Team

The Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) department is part of Aon Risk Solutions and is a leader in the field of risk management, both in the Netherlands and internationally. AGRC consists of an enthusiastic team of professionals, with plenty of room for innovation and development. We are therefore the strategic innovation platform for risk management (including BCM) within Aon Risk Solutions. Our customers include medium-sized and large (international) companies and organizations from all sectors. Knowing and understanding risks and managing continuity risks under ever-changing circumstances are central. Our consultants combine risk assessment with concrete solutions for BCM. AGRC's professionals have very broad knowledge and experience in the field of risk management, Business Continuity Management and crisis management, and work in the Netherlands from various offices in the Netherlands. But we work where customers are and nowadays increasingly digitally remotely. In addition, AGRC is part of the international network of advisors within Aon. There is an open culture, where development, cooperation and sharing of knowledge are important.

What the day will look like

As a Senior BCM Consultant, you actively contribute to the execution of BCM consultancy assignments with customers for business continuity management in general and/or Cyber/IT BCM specifically. You mainly act as a project leader and are responsible for the quality of the (sub) assignments and the completion of project activities within the budget and schedule. In addition, we expect you to make an active contribution to the continuous improvement and innovation of our BCM services, for which you will be given plenty of opportunity. As a Senior BCM Consultant within Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC), you can develop further very quickly.

You actively identify customer needs, create concepts, identify delays in a timely manner and proactively propose solutions. You are actively involved in project management, project implementation, conducting interviews, giving presentations and supervising workshops.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager to learn colleague with several years of work experience and a passion for the BCM consultancy profession. Knowledge in the field of Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and/or Crisis Management is an advantage, but genuine interest, eagerness to learn and assertiveness are just as important! Please also contact us if BCM is not your main task at the moment, but part of your position.

You also have the following:

• A completed higher vocational education and/or university education.

• 3-7 years of relevant experience.

• Dutch and English languages.

• Team-oriented with a sense of responsibility (taking personal responsibility for your projects, etc.

• Willingness to travel for customer assignments in the Netherlands
