Bureau Vertias North America Client Coordinator in Rotterdam, Netherlands

The role

Ensure the daily operational coordination of client nominations in Commodities in the Netherlands. The primary focus is to serve our clients in the best way possible, to manage the client relation and to secure and optimize the margin on our services.

Act as intermediary between clients within the different product groups and supports, coaches and motivates other Client Coordinators.

What will you do

  • Responsible for delivering retention and growth targets for large clients within current client & service portfolio

  • Contract management: understand the contract with our clients and manage the requirements and agreed conditions

  • Measure client satisfaction and identify and follow up on opportunities for improvement

  • Deliver professional and reliable reporting towards our customers together with the team

  • Ensure timely and proper invoicing and work together with finance to ensure payment of invoices within the agreed timeframes together with the team

  • Support tenders and pricing projects

  • Performs on-call duties in a shift system with the team members for client related matters outside of office hours

Skills & Competences

  • At least MBO working and thinking level, preferably HBO level (Bachelor’s degree)

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience: commercial customer service, relationship management, achievement of commercial objectives

  • Knowledge of technical terms in both local and English language in writing and spoken

  • Excellent communication and good stakeholder management skills

  • Capable of using self-reflection to improve personal and team performance
