Job Description
At Danfoss we are currently looking for a new team member for our local HR team in Rotterdam . In this role, you will be a counsellor for all HR topics in the Netherlands and Belgium and a sparring partner for our managers and employees in your area of responsibility. Additionally, you will be part of the Country Leadership Team driving projects forward and shaping a future-orientated HR organization in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Job Responsibilities
You will manage all operational HR topics along the entire employee life cycle on your own responsibility and with your own creative freedom and ensure that the administrative processes are implemented. To this end, you will work closely with the HR coordinators and also liaise closely with national and international stakeholders
You will be in close contact with our national and international managers on topics relating to performance management, people development and organisational change
Alongside your tasks, you will drive forward the further development and optimization of processes and procedures in HR, either as part of a team or independently with your own ideas
You will contribute to the sustainable implementation of various national and international HR topics such as digitalization, legal changes or the integration of new HR systems
Background & Skills
In the course of your professional experience, you have acquired extensive knowledge about HR processes as well as labor law, social security law and pension schemes.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who:
Communicates empathically, openly and with diplomatic skills
Is independent, proactive and customer-orientated
Is enthusiastic about the entire spectrum of HR work
Is able to maintain an overview, able to prioritize, solution-oriented and strong in implementation
Is confident in using MS Office and have ideally already used SAP SuccessFactors
Communicates fluently in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
