Work You'll Do

  • Bring subject matter expertise in the applied behavioral and organizational sciences to provide technical guidance on impactful project delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.

  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.

  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.

  • Develop, administer, and analyze surveys.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.

  • Manage the development of innovative human capital research projects for clients.

  • Critically analyze data output, translate research findings into narrative descriptions, and appropriately communicate recommendations for action.

  • Manage the design, development, administration, and validation of assessments.

  • Facilitate interviews, focus groups, and workshops with subject matter experts to collect and validate data.

  • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract.

  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues.

  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality

  • Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development.

  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

  • Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.

  • Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools as well as internet research tools on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • 5+ years of professional experience

  • 3+ years of experience in workforce strategy, corporate operations, human resources, strategic workforce planning, career modeling, stakeholder analysis, competency modeling, and/or strategic alignment

  • 3 + years of experience in communications development and creation

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

  • Master's or PhD degree in I/O Psychology, Occupational Psychology, or related field

  • 1 + years of experience in management consulting

  • 1 + years of experience with statistical analysis utilizing 1 of the following statistical software: SPSS, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, R, and/or Excel.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 to $171,250. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
