Deloitte DevOps Engineer - TS/SCI w/Polygraph required (Chantilly, VA) in Rosslyn, Virginia

Work you'll do:

  • Advise Government stakeholders on multi-cloud, multi-agency collaborative activities that require navigating agency-specific policy requirements.

  • Work in tandem with the CIMM engineering team to advise on the most optimal cloud-based solutions to meet mission-specific requirements.

  • Provide cloud strategy services that cover all security fabrics and are available to the Government to assist with the relocation of an organization's business applications, data, and workloads to ensure maximum effectiveness of the multi-cloud environment.

  • Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.

  • Review mission system requirements and facilitate technical recommendations for CSP Task Order Proposal Requests (TOPRs) under the C2E CSP Base IDIQ Contract.

  • Provide advisory services to the Service Provider and IC Element for the discovery, adoption, and understanding of new and existing CSP service offerings operating in the C2E environment.

  • Advise in the stand-up of a Multi-cloud Center of Excellence (CoE).

  • Ability to develop and maintain a cloud cost management strategy, including but not limited to cost estimation, forecasting, optimization, and advisory services to support new user budget planning and ongoing user cost management in a multi-cloud environment.

  • Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to development teams to build cloud competencies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

  • 5+ years of Cross-Platform experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with Jenkins, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Certifications: CEH, SEC+ or similar certifications
