The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premiere luxury automotive group has an opportunity for a New Vehicle Sales Manager with our Mercedes-Benz Dealership. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position with an outstanding team, who is able to sell and promote Mercedes-Benz automobile product line while upholding a superior standard for customer service experience as well as employee and retail facility management. Must have the desire to achieve retail facility goals by training, motivating, coaching, and developing expert sales staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear expectations and providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Create and adhere to a sales plan that achieves departmental and company goals.

  • Foster a culture of customer service excellence, ensuring that every customer is treated with respect and professionalism.

  • Train and develop sales staff, conducting regular evaluations and providing feedback for improvement.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the product offerings, competitive landscape and market trends.

  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless and personalized automotive experience for our customers.

  • Manage departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial targets are met.

PAY RANGE: $180,000 - $250,000 ANNUALLY (Commission Based)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management. Mercedes-Benz or German Highline experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership ability, with experience in managing a team of sales professionals.

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A deep understanding of the automotive industry, including product offerings, competitive landscape and market trends.

  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
