PRODUCTION LEAD DAY SHIFT MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 645am to 400pm WEEKLY PAY
Case Mason is a contract manufacturer specializing in secondary packaging (kitting, assembly, blistering, shrink wrapping / bundling, point of sales displays, labeling, cartoning, coding, etc) and filling (liquid and granular). - Lead crew of temporary workers on assigned line/s.
- Monitor production throughput to ensure meeting production targets.
- Perform QC checks as required to verify compliance of production against specifications, and completion of quality paperwork.
- Process Nulogy transactions (issue materials to WIP and create finished good tickets).
- Completion of production sheets detailing production job results, staffing, downtime, etc.
- Ensure production readiness at 7am each day.
- Promote teamwork within crew for assigned line/s.
- Assist in basic mechanical tasks (such as adjusting tape machines, label roll changes, etc).
- Support and train new hires of Production Leads.
- Assess bottlenecks and come forward with suggestions for improvement to improve efficiencies.
