Must be self motivated, detail oriented, well organized, with strong work ethics & strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work effectively and communicate with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Must be able to be flexible and able to work some Saturdays. Job duties: Greet patients/customers in a friendly manner, receive prescriptions and ensure their validity and completeness. Enter and maintain prescription data using our computer system. Accurately and effectively fill and dispense new and refill prescription orders and ensure patient confidentiality. Answer phones and field patient questions. Disburse completed and confirmed prescriptions to patients. Answer patient questions and address customer service issues when they arise. Receive, check and stock new arrival pharmaceutical products and supplies on the shelves, pull outdated stock, and maintain inventory levels. Addition miscellaneous duties.
