We are looking for an Academics & Innovation Junior Member who will work closely with the Head of Academics and Innovation, the leadership team and the Education specialists to develop and implement a strategic vision for innovation in Education in Italy and other strategic countries.

STARTING DATE: End of November 2022

Main responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Head of Academics to support the identification of the school needs.

  • Help in researching and study activities.

  • Help in designing and implementing new educational and academics programs.

  • Assist during the all organization process

    Qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant bachelor e.g. Education (scienze della formazione), Pedagogy, Psychology, Sociology.

  • Interest in the educational field.

  • Study experiences abroad (e.g. Erasmus).

  • Practical and fast learner.

  • Collaborative team builder.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills/communication skills along with a sense of humor.

  • Provides excellent service with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional IT skills (MacOs operating system, G Suite, Keynote, Spreadsheets, Slack).

  • An Indiana Jones-style of on-the-go problem-solving.
