ROLE DESCRIPTION

As the Head of Executive Education, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and management of all Executive Education programs at H-FARM Business School. You will manage the Executive Education area under the H-uman Development division. This includes Executive Courses, Executive Masters, and MBA programs. You will drive the innovation of learning offerings, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that the programs meet the evolving needs of executives and organizations. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong focus on program excellence, customer experience, and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of all executive education programs, ensuring they meet market trends and the specific needs of executives and organizations.

  • Build and manage relationships with faculty, corporate partners, and course participants to deliver high-quality, relevant learning experiences.

  • Drive the development of new programs, adapting content to industry innovations and market demands.

  • Ensure the quality and excellence of all executive education offerings, focusing on impactful learning outcomes.

  • Lead and coordinate the Executive Education team, promoting collaboration, operational efficiency, and program excellence.

  • Oversee the budget for the Executive Education area, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring financial sustainability.

  • Promote executive programs in collaboration with the marketing and business development teams, working to increase enrollment and engagement.

  • Collaborate with other departments of the Business School to ensure cohesive and synergistic offerings across educational programs.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • A master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., management engineering or other engineering fields, business, economics, management) is required. MBA or PhD is considered a plus.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within executive education or higher education, with proven expertise in managing complex educational programs.

  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty, corporate clients, and executive participants.

  • A deep understanding of executive education trends, leadership development, and the learning needs of senior professionals.

  • A strong track record in driving innovation and ensuring program excellence and customer experience.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Fluency in both Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
