Selected candidate for hire MUST have their TS/SCI prior to hire.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Responsible for conducting and facilitating general and specific training for Systems Engineers.

Specialist will deliver training based on customer requirements using a variety of techniques including face-to-face online, synchronous, asynchronous, and self-paced instruction.

May include employing blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

More About the Role:

  • In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for the development of training requirements and implementation of courseware for instruction purposes, including simulation and scenarios used for customer training.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for developing highly creative training courses for existing and new systems.

  • Will also provide all aspects of training to CACI and the customer's personnel as required.

  • Demonstrate Implementation of latest instructional design trends in graphic applicable training aids such as simulators and various applicable part task training devices.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with leading, developing, planning, and facilitating training (classroom and computer-based).

  • Experience with gaming technologies, Virtual Reality (VR) and/or Augmented Reality (AR) technologies or applications.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with the DoD or US military preferred but not required.
