Orgill Distribution Center Part Time Material Handlers in Rome, New York
NY1498886 Material Handler-Order Filling, Shipping. Part time positions with Orgill Distribution Center in Rome, NY. Orgill Rome Distribution Center is seeking Order Fillers and Shipping staff to join our team! Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour Monday thru Thursday - 9 am to 2 pm.
Order Filling Primarily responsible for the support of the DC by efficiently picking merchandise located in all order filling zones and labeling each carton in a manner which promotes ease of identification and scanning.
Shipping Primarily responsible for the support of the DC by efficiently sorting, scanning, staging and wrapping merchandise. Department Material Handler also checks merchandise and ensures the product is loaded and checked in the proper delivery sequence by customer stop code.
What You Will Need:
High School diploma preferred Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety policies and practices. Must be willing and able to work overtime when needed Good comprehension, organizational, and math skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to maintain records accurately and demonstrate problem solving skills Power Equipment certification a plus What We Offer:
