Il candidato/a scelto/a per lo Stage CURRICULARE in Risorse Umane parteciperà, durante il percorso di tirocinio in affiancamento al proprio Tutor e al resto del team HR , a diverse progettualità e avrà la possibilità di acquisire nuove e approfondire le conoscenze in :

  • Talent development, attraverso la possibilità di partecipare direttamente a diverse progettualità nell’area del development, piani di sviluppo e engagement;

  • Change mangement & design organizzativo, progetto di implementazione di un nuovo modello di business e all’introduzione di nuovi ruoli organizzativie l’evoluzione di alcune figure professionali già presenti

  • Creazione di un sistema di gestione, partecipazione alle attività e al sistema documentale necessarie per ’ottenimento della Certificazione Parità di genere;

  • Acquisendo capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team complessi, acquisendo competenze osservando un contesto lavorativo e organizzativo dove è valorizzato il lavoro cross funzionale, in contesto dinamico

Il candidato/a ideale avrà le seguenti caratteristiche:

  • Prossimo Conseguimento della Laurea Specialistica in materie economiche o umanistiche o prossimo al conseguimento del Master in Human Resources (HR)

  • Buon utilizzo di Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

On-site Protocol

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
