Ruolo Professionale : Business System Analysis Senior Specialist

Principali attività:

La risorsa dovrà svolgere attività operative e progettuali all’interno della struttura IT, con focus specifico su processi in ambito Compliance.

Le principali attività sono:

  • Coordinamento, gestione delle priorità e analisi delle richieste nell'ambito dei processi aziendali di Compliance

  • Supporto alle funzioni IT nella gestione di audit/risk assesment e di vulnerability assessment

  • Analisi e gestione di attività in ambito Information Security e Data Protection

  • Pianificazione e coordinamento di progetti IT

  • Definizione e mantenimento di piani di progetto complessi

  • Interazione con molte aree aziendali di IGT per l’analisi e la preparazione di documentazioni di progetto

Requisiti:

  • Forti capacità relazionali e di comunicazione

  • Capacità di pianificazione delle attività

  • Capacità di lavoro in team, di problem solving e di gestione dei conflitti

  • Atteggiamento curioso verso le evoluzioni tecnologiche e l’innovazione

  • Buone capacità di elaborazione e verifica dei dati

  • Conoscenza pacchetto Office, con focus su Excel avanzato e Power Point

  • Conoscenza ed utilizzo dei prodotti aziendali e conoscenza del mercato di riferimento

  • Conoscenza di processi di Data Protection e Information Security sono un plus

  • La certificazione PMP e l'esperienza nelle metodologie Agile sono un plus

  • La conoscenza della lingua inglese è un plus

Esperienza professionale/Seniority:

Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ambito di gestione progetti o ruoli equivalenti

Titolo di studi:

Laurea triennale o magistrale in statistica, Matematica, Economia, Ingegneria.
