Location: Rogers, MN Hours: 8 am 4:30 pm, Monday Friday Salary: $55,000 73,000/yr., DOE Benefits of the quality control manager: Medical Dental Vision FSA Life Disability Accident Critical Job duties of the quality control manager: Be knowledgeable of quality policy Oversee and maintain company quality records Perform functions as quality inspector as needed Assist training employees Own, manage, and maintain the growth of the ISO quality system Own and manage completed paperwork, and packet for new tools/parts prior to the start of a new job run Oversee quality part checks and daily recordings Perform FA s, PPAP, and CP K Studies as needed Answer questions from customers about new products Proper handling of rejected parts/materials Own and manage a budget for the QC department Requirements of the quality control manager: High school diploma and technical college training preferred Advanced knowledge of GD&T Advanced knowledge using quality inspecting tools Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Read and understand blueprints Excellent communication skills Previous management experience is preferred Detailed orientated Self-motivated and a fast learner Must be able to maintain data privacy and confidentiality Lift up to 30 lbs. frequently Additional information: Apply today and advance your quality career!
