This position is primarily responsible for the billing and dispatch duties at a Tyson owned distribution center. This includes checking in all drivers processing receiving paperwork from drivers ensuring shipment paperwork is properly routed registering receipts completing receivers and assigning drop trailers. This position is also responsible for keeping the dispatch board up to date and generating reports as needed. This position is also responsible for answering phone calls/ updating drivers on order status, and responding to carrier emails in regards to appointments, truck allotment, and trailer issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 3 plus years\' experience.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills

Communication Skills: Must have good communication skills

Travel: None

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Special Skills: Ability to work well with others
