MORI Associates is seeking an experienced System Architect to support the NASA ODEO internal SharePoint website modernization activity in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. eMITS is the Agencys enterprise-level contract creating and delivering multimedia and technical communications through the use of the internet, digital platforms, and IT management for NASAs Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Office of Communications (OCOMM). From photographing rocket launches and recoveries, to producing NASA TV segments, to information technology management, to using social media to share NASAs message, eMITS integrates services for NASA IT and provides NASAs communication to the outside world.   • Develop a revised information architecture and user experience for ODEO internal, NASA-facing content that focuses on target audience needs.
  • Develop content maintenance concepts that will enable ODEO civil servants and other contractors to maintain and update content in the future.
  • Develop wireframe concepts of a new NASA enterprise ODEO internal-facing SharePoint website. This activity shall include an estimated 4 iterations with ODEO stakeholders to present concepts and incorporate revisions.
  • Implement approved wireframe designs to create a functional, modern SharePoint-based website. The final product for this task is expected to consist of an estimated 40 basic SharePoint pages containing text-based information and images, as well as a searchable document library.
  • Develop 1 functional prototype for the digital transformation of a current paper form-based business process (e.g., filing a religious accommodation). This prototype shall demonstrate electronic form data collection and distribution.
  • Develop content in accordance with Section 508 accessibility best practices and perform 508 compliance verification.

EDUCATION AND PREVIOUS WORK REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education - BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer/Software Engineering, or an IT related discipline Minimum experience - 10 years overall experience
