National Lutheran Communities & Services Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)- HIGHER RATE- The Village at Rockville in Rockville, Maryland

We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join the Village at Rockville team. We would count on you to provide care for your residents the way you'd care for the needs of your own family. You would mainly be responsible for providing direct, hands- on nursing care to residents to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being. This would include participating in interdisciplinary care plans, admissions and discharges, preparing and administering medication and assisting with high level training for new team members as needed.

The salary range is $34 - $37 per hour based on experience.

We are currently looking for FT Dayshift or PRN.

Requirements

You will need an active in-state or compact state LPN License, an Associates degree in Nursing and the ability to work independently, have a passion for excellence and compassion for people. If you have experience working with older adults or supervising nursing assistants, great! However, we do welcome new LPN’s and will work to train you on our processes and culture.
