Northwest Farm Credit Services Organizational Change Management Advisor in Rocklin, California

AgWest Farm Credit is a member-owned financial cooperative that provides financing and related services to farmers, ranchers, agribusinesses, commercial fishermen, timber producers, rural homeowners and crop insurance customers in a seven-state territory in the Western United States. AgWest is part of the 100+ year-old Farm Credit System - the leading provider of credit to American agriculture. We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West. We are in search of a Organizational Change Management Advisor I or II to join our Business Solutions department in Rocklin, California. This full-time position reports to the Director, Organizational Change Management and is primarily accountable for collaborating on and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to changes in business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Advisor will work with project and product delivery teams to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate use and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Cover letters are not required, however are appreciated and recommended. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position is: Level I $59,000 - $91,000; bonus at target is 8% of salary Level II $72,000 - $113,000; bonus at target is 10% of salary Job Requirements Serve as champion for the use of change management practices across the organization. Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans for assigned project and product delivery teams, including risk/impact/user readiness assessment, mitigation strategies, and the creation of change or communication plans. Engage and guide key stakeholders (e.g. project sponsors, product owners, supervisors/managers, and change champions) to lead adoption of change initiatives. Help stakeholders adapt to change by creating tools and resources to support the project initiatives. Work with Business Solutions leadership to evolve and build this discipline to achieve business results. Ensure that work is completed in accordance with AgWest's organizational change management, product management and project management frameworks, and meet all applicable control requirements. Support change initiative communication by assisting with presentations, as needed. Maintain a working knowledge of AgWest's business practices, products and key systems. Generally, this position spends less than 15% of time in a project management capacity, coordinating work for specific project areas or small projects. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned.
