Aerotek Line Leader in Rockford, Minnesota

Description:

Candidates will be working on the new line that they have. It is similar to the other roles but on a larger scale. Candidate will be overseeing the operation of the new line. Leading 4 other operators. They will make sure the line is running and fully stocked with material. They will be responsible for documentation.

Candidates could be on the front of the line where they are making boxes for the canisters, pulling the canisters and inserting them into the boxes and labeling the boxes. It is a fast paced position and will require standing all shift.

Candidates could be on the filling station. When the canisters come down the line they will fill the tanks by clamping the hose onto the tank and pressing go. It automatically shuts off when filled. They will then move the boxes down the line.

Candidates can be at the end of the line preparing for shipment. They will be responsible for kitting the products with the right hoses and fittings. They will also print off labels and tape boxes shut. They will then palletize the product. They will train them on how to use the vacuum lift. Once the product on pallets someone will take it to the wrapping machine.

All of these roles are fast paced and require lifting up to 50lbs. They will rotate through positions.
