Position Summary: Work in a team environment to develop proposals in response to customer requests Prepare Proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies Present proposal recommendations to management Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers Basic Qualifications for a Level 2: This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider one of following: High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of related business, finance, and/or program control experience. Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with a minimum of 1 years of related business, finance, and/or program control experience Successful candidate will have proficiency in the following competencies: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment Action Oriented Strong Attention to Detail Communicates Effectively Customer Focused Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel skills is highly preferred. Degree preference is Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting Prior Price Estimating experience Strong Analytical Skills Presentation skills Organizational/Time Management skills and ability to multitask Self-motivated and works well in team environment Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment Salary Range: $62,200 - $93,400
