Hocking Hills Canopy Tours gearing up for the 2024 season! OPEN INTERVIEWS EVERY WEDNESDAY FROM 9am - 6pm We are currently hiring for: Zipline Tour Guides- responsibilities include instructing and leading groups of participants through the zipline tours.  This position requires applicants to be comfortable working in the outdoors and at heights.  Training will be provided. Super Zip Crew- responsibilities include instructing participants on proper usage of the overall SuperZip experience. This position requires applicants to be comfortable working in the outdoors and at heights.  Training will be provided. Customer Service Specialists- this position will serve as front-line for all customers, whether it is on the telephone or when they arrive on-site.  Each specialist is responsible for greeting customers, checking in participants and preparing them for their tour, assisting with retail sales, answering customer inquiries, taking online and over the phone reservations, and preparing daily reports. Applicants must be personable and have a strong customer service orientation. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with computer experience, are a must. Applicants must be comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and be capable of learning new software applications. Training will be provided. Zip Tour Drivers- Responsible for transporting participants and staff safely to and from course. Drivers must be personable and have good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively on two-way radios. A commitment to safety and clean driving record are a must.
