Job Title: Alternate Site Manager

Locations: Multiple Locations (Rock Island IL ; Fort Huachuca, AZ ; Fort Detrick, MD ; Fort Stewart, GA ; Carlisle Barracks, PA ; Fort Dix, NJ; Ft Rucker, AL; Ft. Eisenhower, GA (Ft. Gordon))

Clearance: Secret

Certifications: PMP (Preferred)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Site Manager will have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in telecommunications systems and/or information technology systems with a minimum of two years of experience as a manager on a similar project.

  • The Alternate Site Manager will be the JV's on-site representative and will be responsible for the performance of all work identified within the Individual task order PWS.

  • The Alternate Site Manager will be a telecommunications and/or IT systems subject matter expert and technician and perform site management.

  • The Alternate Site Manager will be able to make technically rational decisions and determinations and execute administrative policies through subordinates.

  • This position requires an individual with the specific ability to plan, initiate, and execute procedures; to understand, interpret, and apply directives; and to have the ability to analyze and maintain control.

  • The Alternate Site Manager must have leadership qualities, verbal capability and the ability to relate to people in order to motivate and direct employees and maintain good employer/employee and customer relationships.
