Prime Care Coordination Warehouse Assistant in Rochester, New York

Summary:

Performs general warehouse, small delivery duties and support tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assists in maintaining shipping, receiving and material storage records.

  • Assists in maintaining the warehouse and distribution systems for all production materials and support data, which assures accessibility, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

  • Assists staff in developing and maintaining the database for record keeping.

  • Assists with generating and distributing shipping, receiving, and inventory reports.

  • Utilize the company vehicle to assist with shipping and receiving runs.

  • Orders necessary supplies and equipment.

  • Responsible for the maintenance and proper use of equipment and/or machinery.

  • Completes all necessary paperwork, as required in a timely manner.

  • Attends mandatory Education and Training modules as necessary.

  • Assists with cross coverage at other Unistel locations as needed to maintain quality services.

  • Performs all other duties relevant to the position as assigned by supervisor.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently and motivate others.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

    Education and Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

    Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Ability to left at least 50 lbs. dead weight.

    Corporate Qualifications/Expectations:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must meet applicable Vehicle Operator Requirements.

  • Adhere to all CDS Life Transitions, Inc. policies and procedures.

  • Attend mandatory education and training modules as scheduled; obtain and maintain required certifications.

  • Maintain all required certifications/training by State regulations and CDS policy
