We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as one of two Corporate Inspection Sales Leaders. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales growth of our Inspection Division by hiring, training, and leading Outside Sales Representatives in coordination with our local branch locations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep commitment to supporting a team of sales professionals.

    Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives (IMA Sales Leaders) to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with local branches to train and develop sales team members.

  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to sales team members to enhance their performance and professional development.

  • Align sales strategies and local teams’ strengths to maximize market penetration.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, development, and excellence within the sales team.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Partner with team of Corporate Inspection Sales Leaders (CISLs) across APi Group to build a team culture, share best practices and foster a learning environment.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles, preferably in sales and/or the fire protection related industry.

  • Fire protection industry experience is not required but is beneficial.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a team.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organization skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the month (Monday-Friday).

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Licenses/Registration Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license

    Salary Range:$85,000-$120,000/year
