CaterTrax Project Coordinator in Rochester, New York

Job Summary:

CaterTrax is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for managing all phases of implementation for enterprise customer projects. This position will help plan, help design, coordinate project execution, facilitate user acceptance, and lead complex client projects. The PC will partner with appropriate CaterTrax internal departments and follow the project through the implementation lifecycle, ensuring project objectives are met within designated timelines and budget.

This is a hybrid position located in Rochester, NY.

Job Description:

  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of project implementation.

  • Ensures resource availability and allocations.

  • Gathers data as project work is executed and creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.

  • Reports and escalates project road blocks to management as needed

  • Ensures all projects are delivered on-time, within project scope and budget

  • Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Works with individuals internal and external to the organization, including executive stakeholders and departmental vice presidents to ensure partner/client satisfaction with project deliverables.

  • Facilitate user acceptance with key stakeholders.

  • Proactively seeks post-launch feedback on implemented projects to ensure high client satisfaction.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of related worked experience

  • Strong project management experience desired, preferably in the Information Technology sector.

  • Project management certification preferred.

  • Experience with SaaS products is preferred.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Detailed-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Competent project management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas with colleagues and clients at all levels.

  • Basic Outlook skills as evidenced by creating and sending messages, working with address books, message handling, creating and using personal folders, scheduling appointments, working with meeting requests and managing tasks.

  • Basic Microsoft Word skills as evidenced by the ability to produce basic business letters and simple tables and charts; as well as check spelling, set tabs, change page orientation, sort, save, open and organize electronic files.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills as evidenced by the ability to use workbooks, create formulas, analyze data through vLookups and the creation of pivot tables.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related degree

COMPENSATION

Range: 50-60k annually, dependent upon experience
