SUMMARY: Open Access operates around the clock, every day of the week, offering vital support to community members struggling with addiction. Upon entering our facilities, individuals are welcomed warmly, encouraged to share their stories, and assisted in formulating a personalized support plan. Our comprehensive services include Peer Advocate support, on-site clinical evaluations, aid in transportation, and assistance with benefit applications. Additionally, we facilitate connections to various community resources, spanning from provisions like food to housing and mental health treatment. In seeking candidates for this role, we will prioritize individuals with both empathy and experience, as they will serve as the crucial first point of contact for those seeking assistance at Delphi Rise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Educate clients about various pathways for recovery 2.Work with clients to identify their needs and next steps 3.Provide non-clinical crisis support by phone and in-person while assisting clients with intake process 4.Assist evaluators with client referrals for treatment and recovery support 5.Connect clients to other social support services and programs in the community 6.Help with administrative duties including organization and scanning of intake packets, client follow-ups, and monthly data entry of funding source requirements 7.Professionally represent Delphi Rise at outreach events 8.Be willing to transport clients in the agency vehicle when necessary 9.Be a resource to other Delphi Peer Advocates 10.Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree in human services strongly preferred Ability to utilize a computer without support Strong communication skills Ability to work well with clients and teammates Reliable transportation to and from work, and a clean drivers license
