Responsibilities: - Installation, maintenance, and repairs of all types of residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment: - Gas natural and LP, furnaces and boilers, steam and hot water - Oil furnaces and boilers, steam and hot water - High efficiency electric air source Heat pumps - Hot water heaters - Ability to identify equipment at risk and assess the solution (s) - Evaluation of both electrical and mechanical faults within the systems. - Service and installation of indoor air quality products to ensure customer's health and safety - Humidifiers - Air purification systems filters - Electronic controls for complete automation of system operation - Prompt action for emergency repairs. - Diligent logging on record of all maintenance related issues. - Ensuring the all equipment and appliance meet all occupant safety standards and the manufacture's recommended operating parameters. - Assisting the client in all their questions and needs. - Cleaning, adjustment of, and repair of systems including warranty-based services. - Cleaning restoration sanitization of sheet metal duct systems for proper and clean air flow, with proper humidification and temperature output. Qualifications: - High School Diploma, or equivalent. - Valid driver's license. - Interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a variety of environments
