Job Summary: As the Front Desk Manager at Elevate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk while leading and managing a team of front desk associates. Your exceptional leadership skills, coupled with your commitment to exceptional customer service, will ensure that our members have a positive experience from the moment they enter our facility. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of front desk associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service standards are met. Manage the scheduling and staffing of front desk personnel, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to develop the skills of front desk staff. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and member check-in processes. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the member. Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate services and ensure a seamless experience for members. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring that supplies are stocked and equipment is in working order. Assist with membership sales and retention efforts, supporting the membership sales team as needed.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including point-ofsale and membership management systems. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with cash handling procedures. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in management or related fields is a plus.
