Rochester Community Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an evening receptionist.

Duties Include:

  • Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. Greets and receives visitors and directs as appropriate.

  • Providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors.

  • Addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families.

  • Providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams.

  • Greets visitors at community’s front reception desk.

  • Represents community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner; ensures their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person.

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience with hospitality, seniors, health care and service delivery.

  • Customer Service/Hospitality background-emphasis highly preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
