Job Details

Description Pay Range: $18.00- $22.00 (Pay information will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position)

Full Time 40 hours Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

GENERAL SCOPE: To maintain the building systems and equipment in good working order and completes repairs accurately and completely.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: High school or trade school graduate or equivalent.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Completes various building repairs Changes light bulbs, switches, plugs, cords and makes other minor electrical repairs. Unplugs sinks, toilets, sewers and drain lines. Repairs faucets, toilets, showers, valves, sinks and makes other minor plumbing related repairs. Performs routine building maintenance, preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance repairs as assigned. Follows all prescribe OSHA safety regulations relating to this position. All other job duties as assigned.
