Position Overview: Lifetime Assistance, Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Assistant Residence Manager. As an ARM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact in our community while building a rewarding career.

Responsibilities: In the absence of the Residence Manager, provides for the supervision, assistance, and training of all staff and individuals living in the home.

Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Two year's experience in a setting for the disabled. Must meet LAI's Vehicle Operator Requirements.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Schedule to be determined.
