Med Com Cleaning, Inc. is in search of a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join the team. As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting with the operational needs of the company. You will coordinate tasks of select frontline staff and serve as a liaison between senior management and client administrators, providing the highest possible level of service.

Responsibilities Annually review standards and work procedures for all staff. Oversee areas of work to ensure adequate services are rendered. Assist in the hiring process; interview and train new associates. Orient, develop, and supervise select supervisory/housekeeping staff. Conduct regular inspections, make recommendations and discuss with senior management. Prepare monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans. Provide staff education and continuous training. Communicate with staff, senior management, and clients. Follow all health and safety regulations. Take inventory of cleaning supplies and deliver to worksites. Other duties as assigned.

Education At least a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications 3+ years of housekeeping and/or facilities management experience At least 1 year of supervisory experience in support service related field with high customer/client contact Bilingual in English and Spanish Ability to communicate effectively in written format and verbally Ability to multi-task and establish priorities Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership Experience with housekeeping machinery for floor services, including scrubbing and waxing VCT A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and experience driving a van Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation
