If this resonates with you and sounds like something you’d like to be a part of, we want to hear from you!: The Role: The Behavior Technician works in a 1:1 capacity to provide individualized therapy for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Behavior technicians will utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to implement treatment plans and collect data while teaching skills promoting independence. Treatment may be in our clinic, the client’s home, or other community settings. Training for the Registered Behavior Technician credential will be provided.: $1,000.00 Sign on Bonus!: What we’re looking for: •High School Diploma or G.E.D •Experience in undergraduate coursework relating to special education/human services is preferred but not required •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job •Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.: Tell me about the benefits!
