Be part of the connection:

As a Right of Entry Coordinator, you will be supporting all business Sales Channels by being responsible for the attainment of legally required documentation and execution of standard form commercial Right of Entry or “ROE” agreements that permit Charter to provide service to its customers.

How you can make a difference:

  • Review and process standard form ROEs using Property Owner, customer and Charter provided information.

  • Ensure ROEs meet all established ROE policies.

  • Work with Sales to strategically engage customer support of ROE attainment, i.e., leverage customer interest to attain the ROE.

  • Collaboratively work with all in-house and contracted professionals representing Engineering.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise

    Required qualifications

  • Experience:3 or more years of Commercial real estate or telecom right of way; Paralegal and/or administrative and/or telecom sales; Account Coordinator experience; Processing legal agreements (ideally real estate or right of way related)

  • Education:Associate degree or equivalent college coursework or a combination of education and experience equaling an Associated Degree

  • Skills:Must be capable of accurately articulating Right of Entry policies, procedures, standards, and practices.

  • Abilities:Ability to organize and maintain assigned Right of Entry workflow within a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment that is in a highly regulated, aggressive schedules-driven industry, while at the same time interacting daily with Property Owner real estate interests.

    Preferred qualifications:

  • Data entry experience supporting a sales support organization, real estate and/or right of way department, a utility, a legal department, financial institutions (banks) or title company, or sales-relationship management experience.
