"Our healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Strategist with a focus in campaign analytics.This role is:- 40 hours/week- Through 12/31/24 with potential to extend- Fully Remote (must be US based)The ideal candidate:- Big brand or agency experience in another role - required!- Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics - required! - Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing campaign management / analytics- Experience analyzing large data sets that may include structured or unstructured data- Experience using digital experience platform technologies, including customer data platforms, CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, and other digital marketing tools (i.e. Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, and/or Redpoint)- Advanced Excel Skills- Proven ability to use reporting tools to convert data into meaningful analyses and insights. Plusses:- Knowledge of SQL and Python, as well as Tableau, Denodo and/or Power BI- Experience in the use of next best action, customer lifetime value or churn prediction models. Primary Responsibilities:- Supports the development, execution, measurement and refinement of multi-channel marketing campaigns- Partner with other Marketing Campaign Analysts, Data Scientists, Marketing Specialists, Marketing Managers, and third party vendors to develop the requirements for marketing campaigns, create targeted segments and models, identify key metrics used to evaluate performance of campaigns, and identify opportunities that will optimize marketing campaigns.- Maintain their marketing calendar.
