Corpus Christi, Tx. Residential and light commercial A/C Senior Service Tech. We are expanding and need to increase technicians. If you have the experience and skills you will know what is required. None of our competitors will match our compensation plan. We are not 24/7, and we never work in the dark. You will be expected to rotate weekend calls. We stop taking calls at 2:00pm on weekends, so you may get off the second half of the day if you are on call that weekend. 4 years of recent/current verifiable residential/light commercial service tech experience is a must. If you do now have 4 years of recent and verifiable residential service tech history please do not apply. Service truck to take home for commute purposes only provided. This is a Service Technician position and does not involve selling new systems. Service and repair only. A word from the owner: I routinely get asked if this is some sort or a scam or pie in the sky earnings. My answer to that is if you are truly good, you should make a bare minimum of $600 daily during the busy season. If you are not making at least that, you are probably not qualified to be employed here. We have techs averaging over $800 a day during the busy season.

Senior service techs perform service and repair only, no installing.

Many of you in the trade have tried the residential side and have given up due to over promising and under delivering on the compensation. This is very much in part because of the seasonality of the residential side. Our business is seasonal and always will be. However, our compensation plan allows you to make a very good annual pay within just 4-5 months of a busy summer. If you budget your earnings for the year you will not be concerned about the slow off-season but will look forward to it, so you can do other things with your time besides work.
