Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for managing and overseeing repairs in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repairs and experience in managing a team. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for optimizing the facility's functionality, comfort and efficiency.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all  maintenance requests 

  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work accordingly.

  • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.

  • Participate in the coordination of projects (e.g. renovations).

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

  • Has a solid understanding of spare parts and their supplier.

  • Work closely with Operations, Automation, and Supply chain teams to enable fast execution of assets/ spare parts procurement decisions.

  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

  • Supervise the projects and all maintenance activities.

  • Plan and track the preventive maintenance schedule.

  • Knowledge of machine life and when to replace machinery.

     

    Ideal Candidate

     

    Qualifications 

  • Must have had at least 3 years of experience as a maintenance officer or similar position.

  • Valid KSA driving license.

     

    Knowledge and competency

  • Familiar with plumbing concepts.

  • Focuses on increasing productivity through introducing smart equipment to decrease manual work.

  • Experience with maintaining electrical concepts such as wiring, cables, breakers, and walk-in chillers.

  • Solid HVAC, civil, mechanical, and electrical working knowledge.

     

    Personality

  • A knack for negotiation and networking.

  • Ability to gather and analyze data.

  • Solid judgment along with decision-making skills.

  • Strong leadership capabilities.

  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
